Betty Goff
Senior Partner


Ms. Goff has extensive leadership experience working inside global private and public companies across retail, consumer products, hospitality and the agricultural products and services industry. Her geographic experiences primarily focused on operations in North America, India, Asia and Europe. She has worked closely with board members and with Governance and Nominating Committees and Compensation Committees in the selection process of board members, as well as C-suite officers. In her progressive career as a senior leader and over ten years as a CHRO, she has led global teams to drive excellence in all HR programs and initiatives, including but not limited to organization structure and design, talent management and acquisition, compensation and benefits, and learning and development. 

Her public and private corporate experiences include Office Depot/Office Max most recently, along with Wilson's Leather, Perkin's Restaurant and Bakery, Fingerhut Corporation and Cargill, Inc.

Betty's primary focus is partnering with senior leaders in the selection of top talent to drive business results. Throughout her career, she has taken great pride in bringing a keen understanding of the business to the search and selection process for leadership both at the board and senior executive level. Her C-suite experiences span all disciplines to include CEO, President, P&L leaders, Marketing, Supply Chain and Logistics, Finance, Merchandising and Information Technology.  She has developed strong partnerships throughout her career and believes in strong communications, excellent follow-up and an overall commitment to delivering what is needed to achieve the stated results. 

Prior to joining Naughtin Group, Betty was engaged in her own consulting practice, which focused on both human resources disciplines and business operations.

Throughout her career Betty has lived in Minneapolis, Boca Raton, Memphis and New York City. After completing business school, Betty focused her executive leadership development at the University of Minnesota, University of Michigan, Northwestern University and University of Pennsylvania executive development programs.
