She brings expertise in leading high-impact talent strategies, navigating complex mergers and acquisitions, and driving large scale organizational wide transformations. Jackie is known for her strategic thinking, authenticity, and ability to build strong, meaningful relationships. She’s a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and leadership teams as they tackle growth and change.
In addition to her role as a Senior Partner at Naughtin Group, Jackie is an Executive Consultant at Navigate Forward. She has held Executive leadership positions at Accanto Health, Apothecary Products, McKesson, Caremark, Bon Secours, and Famous Dave’s.
Jackie is an Executive Coach, certified by the University of St. Thomas, with graduate studies in business and organizational development from Johns Hopkins University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from St. Cloud State University. Passionate about leadership development, she has served on several nonprofit boards, promoting workforce innovation and equity.
When not working, Jackie enjoys outdoor activities, spending time at the lake, learning new things, and connecting with family and friends. She lives in the western suburbs of Minneapolis.
