Terri has successfully led and managed hundreds of executive search assignments across multiple industries throughout North America, Europe and Asia during her 30-plus year career.

Representing Fortune 500 companies as well as small to mid-sized organizations, she has worked closely with a diverse selection of companies and their boards, CEOs and CHROs and search committees.

 

Martha (“Marty”) Dorow joined Naughtin Group and has been in the executive search industry almost 20 years, the last 12 in a global retained firm.

Marty cut her teeth in executive search at a boutique firm in Minneapolis after graduating with a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Dominican University/University of St. Catherine in 2000.

 
 

Kathy Arnold is a dynamic leader with a broad range of experience in public, private, and non-profit sectors. Known for her ability to think ahead and solve complex problems, Kathy has a strong track record of aligning people and strategies to achieve business goals.

Before joining Naughtin Group, Kathy served as the Vice President and CHRO at the University of St. Thomas.

 

Mr. Carey has spent over 30 years in executive leadership, consulting and executive search roles. He has worked in professional services, financial services, healthcare and technology with extensive international experience in Europe and Asia. 

Mike has worked in public and private industry and has had significant exposure to Boards of Directors and Board Committees. 

 

Marie Carlson is a highly skilled HR leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, executive search, and diversity and inclusion. She specializes in helping businesses identify top leadership talent, align HR strategies with company goals, and drive organizational success.

Marie’s expertise spans a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, professional services, and manufacturing.

 

Dr. Fischer is a leader bringing his expertise in psychology to the workplace. With his results focus, he aligns strategies and the human factors of business to hit objectives and achieve results. 

He has broad consultative experience both internally and externally working in many industries such as agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, and hospitality.  

 

Ms. Goff has extensive leadership experience working inside global private and public companies across retail, consumer products, hospitality and the agricultural products and services industry.

Her geographic experiences primarily focused on operations in North America, India, Asia and Europe.

 

Ms. Haeg brings a wealth of leadership experience to the table, accumulated through years of talent management and leadership development at Lifetouch and Shutterfly.

As an engaged leader, she is known for fostering relationships, cultivating talent, and spearheading strategic initiatives to create a distinctive edge for the organization. 

 

Early in her career, Mary spent eight years in retained executive search: five with a local boutique firm and three with a national firm. There she recruited executive level talent in many functions and industries, including consumer, financial services and manufacturing.

Clients included Fortune 100 companies as well as startups and medium-to-large privately held companies.

 

Jackie is a seasoned Human Resources Business Executive and Executive Coach with a proven track record in corporate leadership, executive coaching, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. With experience across a range of industries—healthcare, hospitality, and more—Jackie has worked with companies from Fortune 50 companies to nonprofits.

 

Jennifer "Jenn" Juillard provides Naughtin Group and it’s clients extensive leadership experience from a diverse industry background including biotech, software development, oil & fuel, and telecom.  

Jenn's passion for people and her belief that people are an organization's biggest asset inspired her previous engagements with startup organizations, establishing and implementing the human resource and business operation initiatives.
