Ms. Haeg brings a wealth of leadership experience to the table, accumulated through years of talent management and leadership development at Lifetouch and Shutterfly. As an engaged leader, she is known for fostering relationships, cultivating talent, and spearheading strategic initiatives to create a distinctive edge for the organization.
She excels at connecting people, facilitating meaningful introductions, and rallying them around a common mission, thus fostering long-term relationships and loyalty to the organization, consequently driving results and business growth.
She was hired into Lifetouch’s management development program, which allowed her to learn all aspects of the business while residing in St. Louis, MO, and Long Beach, CA. She held positions in sales management driving revenue growth, in operations creating efficiency and cost savings and in leadership development and human resources focusing on succession planning and talent acquisition. During her career, Lifetouch executive leadership tasked her with addressing a bench strength of revenue-generating leaders. She established the creation and execution of a leadership development program across the enterprise, involving leaders throughout North America.
Driven by a passion for giving back, Ms. Haeg has spearheaded Lifetouch’s largest philanthropic initiative, orchestrating fourteen annual mission trips that engage employees, national partners, and clients in meaningful volunteer efforts. She has led volunteer groups to help rural communities build schools in Dominican Republic, Haiti, Puerto Rico, and Guatemala. The results created the largest differentiating value among the marketplace as a trusted partner and gained national recognition among decision-makers. Ms. Haeg firmly believes in earning trust and credibility through attentive listening, genuine curiosity, and delivering tangible results. She believes common unity creates community.
She started her career in search at Andcor where she worked alongside Ms. Naughtin and now is thrilled to come full circle and join the Naughtin Group.
Ms. Haeg has a BS from South Dakota State University and resides in Edina, Minnesota with her husband.
